Is my vehicle insured during transportation? What is the insurance coverage policy?+

Yes, your vehicle will be fully insured as we only assigned professional carriers with valid insurance to haul your vehicle. The insurance policy we offer is $150,000 for open and trailers and $250,000 for enclosed trailers.

During pick up of your vehicle, The driver will take pictures of the vehicle and put that in a fill called the Bill of lading (BOL) . When the vehicle arrives at the destination, you have to please inspect the vehicle as arrived with the pictures in the BOL, If there are any damages on your vehicle that is not in the BOL, that proves the damage occured during transit. Afterwards please get us an estimate on how much it would cost for repairs and we will send all the documents needed to the insurance company to process the reimbursement.

Make sure to note everything on the BOL, otherwise the insurance company may partially refuse to pay your claim.

Can I ship my personal items inside the vehicle?+

You can have up to 100 lbs inside the trunk or in the backseat, but it should please be below window level. If you are planning to ship something fragile, please make sure it’s properly packed and secured. Please note that items which you choose to ship inside the vehicle will not be covered by carriers insurance.

How does the payment work?+

The payment is divided into 2 parts: After a driver has been assigned to pick up your vehicle, the partial deposit will be pre authorized on the credit card, and as soon as the vehicle has been picked up, the deposit will be charged.

The balance payment is due to the driver as the drop off location via cash, cashiers check, or money order.

How long does it take to ship the vehicle?+

The transit time depends usually on the miles to be covered. The drivers cover about 400 miles day.

Can you transport my vehicle if it’s not running?+

Yes, we ship all kinds of vehicles in any condition.
If the vehicle is inoperable, we will have to get a driver with a winch to do the hauling.
To use the winch we need to make sure the vehicle will roll, steer and break.
In a case were the vehicle doesn't roll, we will have to get a fork lift to haul the vehicle.
